Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and VisaCore Canada ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our immigration consultation services and website.

By engaging our services or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

VisaCore Canada provides professional immigration consultation services, including but not limited to:

  • Immigration assessment and eligibility evaluation
  • Application preparation and submission assistance
  • Document review and verification
  • Representation before immigration authorities
  • Advisory services on Canadian immigration law and policy
  • Educational resources and information

3. Professional Licensing and Regulation

VisaCore Canada is operated by licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Our license number is R123456.

We adhere to the professional standards, code of conduct, and continuing education requirements established by the CICC.

4. Client Obligations

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all communications and documentation. Any misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in:

  • Termination of services
  • Application refusal or rejection
  • Legal consequences under immigration law
  • Potential ban from future applications

4.2 Timely Response

You agree to respond promptly to requests for information, documentation, or action. Delays in response may affect processing times and outcomes.

4.3 Payment of Fees

You agree to pay all fees as outlined in your service agreement within the specified timeframes.

5. Service Fees and Payment

5.1 Fee Structure

Our fees are clearly outlined in individual service agreements and may include:

  • Consultation fees
  • Application preparation fees
  • Government filing fees (paid directly to authorities)
  • Additional service fees for complex cases

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally:

  • Initial consultation fees are due upon booking
  • Service fees may be structured as deposits and milestone payments
  • Government fees are collected separately and remitted directly

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy outlined in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Work completed is non-refundable
  • Government fees are non-refundable
  • Unused service fees may be refundable subject to terms

6. Scope of Services and Limitations

6.1 Advisory Nature

Our services are advisory in nature. We provide professional guidance based on current immigration law and policy, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or approvals.

6.2 Government Decision Authority

Final decisions on immigration applications rest solely with Canadian immigration authorities. We cannot control or guarantee government processing times or decisions.

6.3 Legal Representation

While we can represent you before immigration authorities, we do not provide legal advice or representation in court proceedings. For legal matters requiring court representation, you may need to engage a qualified lawyer.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information in accordance with:

  • CICC professional standards
  • Canadian privacy legislation
  • Our Privacy Policy
  • Professional ethical obligations

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for:

  • Government decisions or processing delays
  • Changes in immigration law or policy
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Lost opportunities or income
  • Travel or accommodation costs

8.2 Professional Insurance

We maintain professional liability insurance as required by the CICC for the protection of our clients.

9. Termination of Services

9.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate our services at any time with written notice. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.

9.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate services in cases of:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Provision of false or misleading information
  • Uncooperative or abusive behavior
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Violation of these Terms

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Website Terms of Use

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
